Booking Behavior
When off, appointments booked via WhatsApp/web start as Pending until you confirm them. When on, they're confirmed immediately, no action needed.
Follow-up window (days)
When a returning WhatsApp patient books again within this many days of their last visit, it's booked as a Follow-up; otherwise as a Re-consultation.

Custom booking keyword (optional)
Replaces the plain clinic number in your link/QR — patients tapping it send this word straight to the bot (e.g. "حجز" instead of "book 5"). Arabic or Latin words, up to 30 characters.
