Both names are searchable in the WhatsApp bot. The Arabic name is also shown to patients whose language is Arabic.

When a returning WhatsApp patient books again within this many days of their last visit, it's booked as a Follow-up; otherwise as a Re-consultation.

Shown at the end of every WhatsApp booking confirmation, e.g. your clinic address and phone number for queries.

Sent instead of a booking link when a patient with an existing record asks to book for someone new. Leave blank to use a generic default message that includes your clinic phone number automatically.

If set, patients must enter this code in WhatsApp before booking — even with a direct link. Leave blank to disable.
